Our Offerings
Cavi's offerings are designed for companies, departments, and business units under pressure to improve how work gets done.
Every engagement starts with the operating model assessment: a documented picture of how work runs today and a firm recommendation on what should happen next. Enablement helps your team act on it.
Operating Model Assessment
The core assessment creates the factual foundation.
Cavi interviews employees and leaders one on one and documents the processes, roles, handoffs, systems, and tools the work runs on.
It closes with key findings, prioritized recommendations, and an executive presentation, and the operating model documentation is handed over to your team.
Timing: the core assessment typically takes two to three months.
What you receive-
Process Mapping and Analysis
End-to-end maps of the major processes: inputs and outputs, activities and decision points, handoffs and dependencies, the roles and systems involved, and the exceptions and workarounds along the way. They show how work actually happens rather than how policy says it should.
-
Process Taxonomy
One consistent structure for the work, so teams describe it the same way and can see how processes relate to each other.
-
Process Register
A structured record of the processes within scope, giving leadership a portfolio view of the function.
-
Role Cards
How each role takes part in the work: responsibilities, process ownership, key activities, dependencies on other teams, and where roles overlap.
-
System and Tool Register
The systems and tools behind each process, including work that happens outside core platforms, such as manual workarounds and spreadsheets.
Operating Model Assessment
The core assessment is the initial engagement. Deep-dive assessments are added where leadership needs them.
Core assessment: 2 to 3 months
Each deep-dive assessment: about 2 weeks
$25,000/month
Larger or more complex organizations may require additional time, phased scoping, or a larger delivery team.
Cavi publishes general pricing because we believe consulting should not be a black box. These prices are intended to provide transparency, not replace scoping. The right engagement structure depends on the size of the organization, complexity of the work, number of stakeholders, timeline, travel requirements, and level of support needed.
Deep-dive assessments
When leadership wants a closer look at one part of the organization, Cavi adds one or more deep-dive assessments to the core. Each typically adds about two weeks.
Goals Assessment
Answers: Are our goals turning into the work and behaviors needed to reach them?
How goals are set, how they become team measures, and how they connect to day-to-day performance.
Best when leadership wants stronger measures of success, clearer accountability, or better alignment between strategy and execution.
Flow and Capacity Assessment
Answers: Do we have the capacity to do the work expected of us?
The core assessment shows roughly where time goes. This one measures it: demand, workload, process flow, bottlenecks, and staffing needs.
Best when leaders are making decisions about headcount, workload, or service levels.
Capability Assessment
Answers: Do our roles require the right capabilities, and do we have them today?
The skills each process and role requires, compared with the capabilities the organization has now.
Best when leadership needs to know whether the right people and skills sit against the work.
Portfolio Assessment
Answers: Are we putting our resources into the right projects?
One view of active and planned projects, and of what they draw from the organization's capacity and capabilities.
Best when the organization carries a heavy project load, competing priorities, or limited room for transformation work.
Enablement
Enablement helps the client act on the recommendations that come out of the assessment.
The right enablement path depends on what the organization needs most: leadership alignment, internal capability, execution structure, or direct project support.
Enablement is discussed upfront so leaders understand where the work is intended to lead, but the specific enablement path is confirmed after the assessment. This prevents the client from jumping too quickly into a solution before the underlying work is understood.
Enablement options and pricingExecutive Facilitation
$5,000/day + travel and expenses
For leadership teams that need to align around findings, make decisions, prioritize next steps, clarify ownership, and prepare to sponsor the work ahead.
Best when executives are not fully aligned on the problem, priorities, ownership, business case for investment, or path forward.
Training
$5,000/day + travel and expenses for Sam's on-site time
Typically a 3-day training, or $15,000 + travel and expenses.
For client teams that need stronger project, process, change, or execution discipline.
Best when the client has capable internal people, but needs a more structured way to participate in and lead the work that comes out of the diagnosis.
Internal Project Office Setup
$15,000/resource/month
Typically 1 to 2 resources for 1 to 3 months.
For organizations that want to own execution internally but need help standing up the governance, routines, templates, reporting, and execution standards required to move projects forward.
Best when the client needs lightweight execution infrastructure, not a heavy bureaucratic PMO.
Fractional Process Team
$25,000/month
Typically 2 to 3 resources with partner oversight. Timing varies by scope.
For organizations that need Cavi resources to directly support or lead project execution.
Best when the client does not have the internal capacity, capability, or time to execute the work itself.
Start with a clearer view of the work.
Cavi gives leadership an evidence-based picture of how work happens today and what is breaking down, plus a firm recommendation on what should happen next, before you commit to the wrong solution.
