Sam Drauschak
Managing Partner // Process Science Lead
With over a decade of experience consulting for clients across various sectors, Sam founded Cavi Consulting in 2016 to bring his nuanced understanding of process science to companies nationwide. He holds an MBA from the University of Richmond and a BA in Biology from the University of Virginia. Sam is certified in Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management (PROSCI), Project Management (PMP and CSM), and is a CMMI associate.
Heidi Drauschak
Managing Partner // Project Management Lead
Heidi has consulted for clients in financial, political, healthcare, and social equity industries. Before joining forces with Sam at Cavi Consulting, she ran her own consulting company for five years. Heidi holds an MBA and JD from the University of Richmond and a BA in Political Science from American University.
