Step 1: As-Is Mapping
Before we can imagine what your company can become, we need to know what it is right now. We’ll work with you - and any relevant employees - to map your existing processes and give you a real-life picture of your current company.
Step 3: Tool and Template Collection
Next, we’ll create a list of documents that need to be collected from you - and your relevant employees - to create a real-life repository of what’s happening in your company. A lot happens in a company internally and we want to be sure it’s all written down.
Step 5: Implementation
After you’ve seen the vision and we’ve agreed on the future of your organization, we’ll work with you to plan and implement a reorganization/redesign effort within your organization. When necessary, we offer trainings for your employees and executive coaching.
Step 2: Workforce Taxonomy
Once we understand your existing processes, we’ll work with you - or an executive team - to redefine the stages of your business and begin to think about your work differently. This exercise is primarily focused on the words and categories you use to explain your work.
Step 4: To-Be Process Design
Now that we understand your current processes - and have documentation of every step - we’ll work with you to rework your processes and create new processes that meets your needs and works within the taxonomy we previously agreed to - as well as process best practices.
Step 6: Reinforcement
After your organization has undergone a massive - and hopefully successful - transformation, we’ll give you the tools and training necessary to ensure compliance and a successful long-term plan. We don’t want to stick around forever, so we’ll be sure you’re outfitted to execute yourself.
Process Training
Ready to become a process expert yourself? We offer virtual and in-person trainings to individuals and groups. Generally, attendees should leave the training with a new way of thinking and the capability/tools to make lasting changes at their respective organizations.
