We started Cavi Consulting, because we saw businesses struggling - to see themselves for what they were in the ‘now’, to plot a realistic course for the future, and to execute on those plans.

Meet the Team

Yes, we are a husband and wife team! Sam is the man behind most of the process science and Heidi leads implementation and execution. We hire additional consultants, when necessary for projects.

  • Managing Partner // Project Management Lead

    Heidi has consulted for small, mid-tier, and enterprise-level clients in financial, political, healthcare, and social equity industries. She ran her own consulting company for 5 years, before joining forces with Sam at Cavi Consulting.

    She has an MBA and JD from the University of Richmond, as well as a BA in Political Science from American University.

  • Managing Partner // Process Science Lead

    Sam has over a decade of experience consulting for small, mid-tier, and enterprise-level clients in financial, retail, social media, and legal sectors. He founded Cavi Consulting 2016 to bring his practices and nuanced understanding of process science to companies across the country.

    He has an MBA from the University of Richmond, as well as a BA in Biology from the University of Virginia. He is certified in Lean, Six Sigma, Change Management (PROSCI), Project Management (PMP and CSM), and is a CMMI associate.
